Appropriate to a day marked by the celebration of love of all kinds, I find myself mulling over this quote from cultural anthropologist and author of “The Tarot Handbook,” Angeles Arrien:

“Essentially, the Lovers archetype reminds us that fundamental sincerity is the only proper basis for forming relationships of any kind.”

Practicing QiGong lets us start with ourselves – knowing and loving ourselves. This allows us to really show up and be present with others. May we all have the presents of presence!
